Hi,
what do I have to do in this room? I destroyed those glyph generators, but nothing happened.

Destroying the Glyph Generators kills the Golems and allows you to collect the gems they guard. Collect the gems and place them on the pedestals in the room with the door you can't open. That is until you have all the gems. There are 4.
