Let me rephrase that...

Where are the *PIECES* to the equalizer? I have the Pommel Jewl.. But have no clue the whereabouts of the other pieces.

In the underdark.

When you are asked to kill one of three monsters make sure you bring back at least two of the three 'trophies' and in completing the assignments you'll find the hilt and the blade. Won't say more as it'll spoil even more.
