Hopefully, all my fellow Canadians will get a chance to enjoy some festivities today, this our Canada Day.

Unfortunately a lot of places have instituted fireworks bans due to the high forest fire risk, but it still should be a good day anyway. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Canada Day is the annual celebration of the country's inception. We became officially independent on July 1, 1867.

That's the history. What we actually DO is have a day off work to attend BBQs and drink a lot.
