On Kendrack's quest for the bounty hunter quests, I have: Wyvern's ear, something from Delilah and I need three more. Can someone please tell me where I can find the other three? Thank you.

The minotaur is in one of the rooms on the second floor of the Green Griffon Inn, north from Port Llast.

Stirge is on the south road, in a ruined tower.

Once you return these two ears, the location of the fifth will become obvious.

Stirge is in a tree stump in the northwest of the map, not a ruined tower...
