The mimic's blood is in the cave in middle left of Umar Hills.
The girdle is on a demon knight in the underdark.

The mimic's blood is in a cave in the Umar Hills area. The girdle is found in the underdark, in the kua-toa area in the room with the statue of Demigorgan.
