Ok so I know this probably ammounts to a redundant tip but I am new so don't flog me. TIP: if anyone is looking for a way to really breeze through the cult of the unseeing eye quest...shield of balduran. Send one char. walking through the final lvl with all the beholders and you're set. took me 8 mins to do that part from start to fin.

cloak of mirrors also works wonders.

beowulf..wow that brings back alot of memories... my first kick ass none-to-bright-paladin in bg1 was named that... did you know that once, i fought SOLO
against alot of badass enemies (6-7) the i got to the 2nd floor and alone killed a greater-doppelganger and then carried out one of the grand dukes of baldurs gate on my shoulders when i at the same time avoiding guards?
