Firstly, it is not a ring, but rather, a bottle.

Go to Tradesmeet, remember the Genies? Kill the one guarding the tent outside for the bottle.

Ring of Djinni summoning is on Aran Linvail... the bottle is on the geenies

The ring of djinni summoning is in the safe in Aran Linvail's lair, rather than being on him. It is OK but you are better off selling it and using the horn of valhalla instead-you don't lose it if the warror dies but if your djinni dies you lose thering for good....
