Isn't the shield, the sword and the armor at Waukeen's Promenade in the Adventurer's Mart? The second salesman in there that sells special stuff. Correct me if I'm wrong!

you have to have the Bonus Merchants installed. it gives you Joluv in the Coronet, who has good stuff, and Deidre in the AMart, who has incredible stuff. (Vecna included) download it from Baldurdash and you will not be disappointed.

The shield itself is only useful against beholders. it reflects their rays and gives an AC bonus of 4, but gives a -1 to strength. it's good for the Unseeing Eye, though.

Yes,the collector's edition has the bonus merchants installed.If
you've got a regular version of SoA,like me,you have to download a file to get the bonus merchants.

Yes deirdre comes with collecters edition I have it too, its on the bonus soundtrack CD just install it
