Have "Edwina" talk to the sleazy elf standing in front of the bar in the copper C. Be careful though the extremely funny dialoge may lead to your party taking out all the patrons of the bar

(Stupid I just can't picture a peasant or noble taking sides in a personal fight, I think it would be more like the wild west were one cowboy gunned down the other and as long as he didn't shoot someone by mistake, the rest of the people in the bar would go back to drinking.)
