I killed evle demon at the shouregon Castle and D'soto told me to go and to find the sword of mastus,where is this sword,in dragon caves maybe,and is that right to go there now(I'm afraid of the dragon),maybe I can go to the Stout
mines now?

You have to go to the Stout Mines and get the Dragon Armour from the King before you can get into Dragon Spire. Don't worry about the Dragon, he's quite friendly once you get to know him.
