I heard that I can make my own happy artifakts in thus game,but I didn't find a way how to do it.

You can ENCHANT items - you need to have the Cabalist skill and Enchant skill and various artifact spells. I think you can only do this while in the magic guild. There is a button on the left hand of the screen to try enchanting.
I really haven't done this yet but I know that many players here have.

If you don't get any more response, Ryu, try posting a message asking how to ENCHANT. Or if you use the search option using "enchant" as you keyword - more than a week ago someone posted a link to a file they had written up that explains a lot about enchanting items. If you can't find it, let me know and I'll see if I cannot locate it for you.
