i cant figure out where this big fight with the staff of the magi guy is, i know you need a rouge stone but i dont know what to do with it.

i went around the bridge again but couldnt find the right place
the estate or serok ferrahd or whover was locked before but now i can get in..is that the place because i have anomen and already passed the knight quest...do i have to take the evil course on that one to get the fight?

Look in the extreme southwestern corner of the Bridge District. There's a set of houses there. One you need for a quest you get from the Graveyard district, the other for the Twisted Rune, and a third for a quest from the Docks district.
