I have spoken with the shadow things that were somehow related to the decayed baby body...that I found in a trunk. Do I need to keep carrying this body around? I thought when they regained their forms and travelled 'on' that the body would disappear...but no...its still there in my gear.

Which part of the game are you at now? Are you still in the Temple Ruins Dungeon? Have you done the Shade Lord quest yet?

Where did you find the baby? I don't think i've seen that quest in the game before.

I think she meant the bones in the Shade Lord Dungeon, but just to be sure....

I may be wrong, since it has been a while since I played that part of the game, but I think you are suppose to put the body on an alter in the same room with the shadow people. I may be completely wrong since I've been playing IWD/HOW. This seems farmiliar to me though.

Yes, it is the baby girl's bones she meant, then in the room with a couple (or 3 tombs) in the SHade Lord Dungeon, all you have to do is to have the bone in the inventory and the ghosts will give you the Shadow Dragon Wardstone and a Symbol for the locked door.

Yep...ok that's what happened, but I still have the bones...maybe I can put them down and not regret it later...? Hopefully!

Sounds like a bug. They gave me the items and took the baby bones (probably wanted to make baby stew)
