You have to take it to the Temple of Oghma.

What do you do with it once there? I've talked to both monks inside...I have no clue what to do.

it's the temple of ilmater you need - one's in waukeems parade or whatever it's called - the place you first appear in after irenicus' dungeon.

uh guys, i thought you take it to the temple in the Umar Hills where you kill the shadelord and you place it in the little statues arms or something and it redeems him...or am i wrong?
