Cant attack

Just as the title says. When going to a mob there is no green bar for their life and I cant attack them, but they can attack me. I updated the game with the unofficial patch if that helps any. Holding down mouse 1/2 makes me look/move. Hitting the FIGHT/MAGIC button just brings up the inventory screen/magic screen.

Windows Vista 64, anyway I found the problem. It seems to come from the resolution patch, I uninstalled the game and patched it and it works fine now.
