ok, where is this roody poo samuri i am suppose to give this arrow to, i am wander around from both the towns, and wander in the forest, wander in all the dungeon, still, i dunno what to do

If you're looking for the guy you give the Dragon Arrow to, he is by the Dragon Spire. At least he was for me.
