I'm new to this board. What is this limited wish quest that I'm hearing, and how do I get to start it?

Limited wish spell is a high level mage spell that offers you some interesting opportunities. THe quest that you are talking about is a "one time wish" which is given in the option once you cast the spell, choose the "adventure" option, I think this will only appear if you WIS is high (e.g. 1. And make sure you do not KILL Captain Dennis at one of the inns in the Bridge District.
