Yeah, I never found a use for it either. Any help would be greatly appreciated....

Is that Korgan's quest book? If so, I sold it to the merchant near the Northwest exit in the Promenade. He gives you a couple of hundred for it, I believe. Well, he buys it anyways.. :D

Other than the experience points for the quest, I never found another use for it.

Actually, I sold it to the merchant in the main city, and it's worth $5,000.
