OK Gwhanos, wanna be the Official Demon/Villain of the IW ?

First you gotta show us your birth certificate, passport, social security card, driver´s license (if you´re 16 or more), VISA (if you are visiting from another country), property tax records, income tax records, high school and or college diploma, medical papers showing that you´re vaccinated against measles, mumps, hepatitis, rubella, and the flu, and last and most important, the High Grade from the Overlord and Villain Academy (ask Azure for one if you dont have it).

Then we file your application with our local office, who will review your credentials. IF they approve it, it will then be sent to the national office for further verification. They will also do a background check. Once all of the paperwork has been approved, verfified and re-verified, you will be notified via Priority Mail if you have been accepted. The entire process shouldn't take more than 1 year, you´ll get then your Official Villain Carnet (TM). You´ll also get a T-shirt and a pin with the Logo of the IW.

You are not the most powerful. As mentioned before, you have statistics (high ones, but stats nonetheless) - Us Old Ones do not even HAVE hit points because you need to wipe out all that exists in every dimension, plane and phone box (including yourself) to destroy one
