When the sibling tells you that they "just want to go out for a change," and that they'll be in by midnight so would you please watch the kids and then "bring me home if I can't drive," should you believe that said sibling will arrive on time or late?
Oh, and I'm sitting up waiting for my sister right now... |
Well, I'm not an uncle yet, but I can definately tell your "no, don't believe them, they'll be back late more than likely"
|
Yea, they'll be home late. If they ask you to bring them home if they can't drive means they'll probably be drunk and lose track of time.
|
Joy...well you all are right...by at least forty minutes now...maybe I should just get some winks...
|
don't count on them returning before 4 am ;) I used to pull the same thing, but started understanding I would lose said "babysitter" if I kept it up :D
|
1:40 AM and counting, but at least I have conversation on the internet now...lol
The kids are easy to watch at this time...they sleep now! |
And now she SHOULD be at work...but I don't know because she never came home last night...lol...I'm such a sucker.

Of course I was...but I'm the little brother...I don't worry about her so much, because she has always had that "survivor" image to me...but all is okay now, because she came by at about 4 PM and picked up the kids, which proves that she's all right.

I don't need to say what would happen if my sister did that, as I'm sure you already know. ;)
No, friggin' way! |
