Hey Beaumanoir

Hey. I said I'd make you this post and so I have.
I'm drunk.
How about you?
Or anyone else on IW?

I like vodka. And whiskey. And Pimms!
But not beer.

Cheers
DS

Ha! Damn right. I've had a couple of bottles of that 'Merlot De Chez-Moi' tonight so I'm not far behind you. Nyg Nyg Nygh.

Indeed.

Hmm, drinking alone and on Ironworks.....

Re: Hey Beaumanoir

I'm not alone. My flat mate is leaning out the window right now. Don't judge me, mister!

Re: Hey Beaumanoir

Drinking on Ironworks? If you spill on the server you have to buy a new one, and take a cab home if you're too drunk to drive. Of course, I'll leave it up to you whether you can lift a cab when you're too sloshed to drive.

Morning, sleepyheads!

*puts on loud, thrashy music*

Didja have a good time last night?

And I'll have you know, I'm not hungover at all :D I don't seem to get them.
I like this. I can get drunk and still torment Tom the next day.

Darn. 'Course, it *was* nearly noon in the UK when I opened the drapes... not surprised you were up and showered by then :)

Well I WAS going to go and see some friends, but when the train pulled in to the station, for some reason I had a panic attack and turned around and sprinted away, missing my train. Weird experience. I was literally 3 feet away from my train, waiting, but as soon as the doors opened, I couldn't bring myself to get on it, and just ran off.

Since then I've been in the pub most of the day.

True story.

Re: Hey Beaumanoir

Wow, that's pretty crazy stuff. But it's certainly not unheard of. At least tell us that the train was fine.

There have been 2 or 3 train incidents this week. Maybe you saw those and it affected you?

Firestormalpha 09-20-2008 10:35 PM

Re: Hey Beaumanoir

Ummm.... unforseen affects of potentially tainted brew?
perhaps have a lab test some of your home brew?

Did said train crash, some time that you would have otherwise been on it?

Backlash from youthful and/or current experimentation?

All just random guesses.

I don't own a tv, so I don't really keep up with the smaller goings on in the media - I've not heard of any train incidents over hear. Don't think there've been any in England. Yea, crazy stuff though. Hehe.

Re: Hey Beaumanoir

That is pretty odd. But hey, weirder things happen at sea. On some boats, anyway.

Beaumanoir 09-21-2008 06:21 PM

Re: Hey Beaumanoir

Especially those party boats.

God I bet they're fun. Y'know, if you're in to that kind of thing...

Dragonshadow 09-21-2008 08:05 PM

Re: Hey Beaumanoir

They could be quite fun yes.

Anyone feel the urge to go find one? If you do, tell me how it goes.

Re: Hey Beaumanoir

I like this thread. It feels like a kind of 'An audience with...' thread. :P
