Oh crap.

johnny 05-10-2007 03:32 PM

Oh boy...here we go again, let's put this one on the list between instant coffee and shoepolish.

This disturbs and alarms me- I hadn't thought about this distinct possibility.

This is why it's always important to use barrier methods of protection. People might complain about how it's unpleasant, but it's not nearly as unpleasant as throat cancer.

And in other news, Joanne Watson, 42, has sued her husband Bill, 46, for giving her throat cancer.

higher risk with people with multiple partners. apparently there is a disease associated with it in giving the cancer.

if your clean, your clean.

Bungleau 05-11-2007 09:05 AM

Hmmm... it's the same disease that is strongly linked to cervical cancer (HPV) and that they've been arguing about immunizing girls against because they think it will promote premarital sex.

Wonder if this new revelation will suddenly lead to a change in position, now that men are *ahem* affected? It's not a nice thing to say about my gender, but there is a track record... see insurance company coverage of birth control vs. viagra.

The article only talks about using condoms as a preventative measure.

Does this mean it's still cool for dudes to eat at the Y?

Sir Goulum 05-11-2007 11:38 PM

Paris Hilton's a goner.

Lord Michael 05-12-2007 12:16 AM

Another scare tactic to get people to stop doing anything remotely fun and/or enjoyable.

Next week..... Masturbation really DOES make you blind, walking down stairs causes vertigo, and breathing is bad for your lungs.....

What's new?

Kakero 05-12-2007 12:27 AM

Geez, how on earth do I get my morning exercise now?

I assume so, unless she's already got HPV there

Illumina Drathiran'ar 05-13-2007 04:57 PM

Apparently, it's not so true. BTW, this article is worth reading for the first paragraph alone! :D
