I'm wondering if you guys like Olives... I'm not really sure, on part of my tastebuds really likes them and another despises them like the plague... something very odd about the taste of them to me...

I used to despise olives like poison. Now I like 'em, like 'em a lot. Most different kinds taste good, I don't remember recebtly tasting one I didn't like. Then again, I also used to hate potatoes.

Never tried one before. Very hard to find shops that sell them. I wonder how they taste like.

Yegh.... olives. They're almost as bad as pickles & asparagus.

I like kalamata olives. But black spanish olives are really yucky. And I like green; sometimes we get big green olives stuffed with feta - yummy! We usually get pitted olives, but that can be dangerous - it's amazing how often a 'pitted' olive will actually still have a pit and you bite down and almost break your teeth.

I like green pickled olives. They have a nice texture and a pleasant bitter-sour taste.

Olives are quite probably the most disgusting thing I've ever had the misfortune of eating. I've only consumed one olive in my life, it was a very conscious thing, very much a hmm-I-wonder-what-they're-like sort of deal. I could not swallow it for the vomit rising in my throat, I'm not even kidding.

I agree with you on Asparagus, yuck... but Pickles are delicious [img]smile.gif[/img]

Pickles on the other hand I love. Of course I've always love cucumbers. In the summertime I like to have cucs in vinegar with pepper, and sometimes a touch of Good Seasons Zesty Italian powder included. Yumm! Although a bit lip puckering LOL. :D

Olives are great, black ones, green ones, chuck 'em in pasta sauce, in salads, on pizzas, on crackers with a nice ripe slab of brie! Yummmm!

I just love olives. I prefer green over black tough. I like them with pasta and pizza the most.

I like the green ones, hate the black ones unless they are marinated.

I said like em' like em' alot. I love the black olives, but the green olives are ok.

olives are great, if it's been a while since you've had one, try them again, if you've never had pickles then try them.

I love olives.

I just don't like the flavor of either of them. Olives I can't even describe what it tastes like, and pickles are too vinegary for my tastes. It's picky with a 'y', by the way. ;)

Well more of a fan of the black ones. But I love them on pizza and they are a must with greek salad.
