Necromancers for me. Second runner-up would be the Wild Mage.

Diviner - works best in pen and paper since crpgs only involve spying on others in the same zone hehe. Fun to play anyway.

I prefer wild mages myself, for the sheer fun factor. Though I am fond of sorcerers as well.

Had to go pure mage since I'm finishing the stock version of totsc, and wild mages aren't available. Looking forward to playing one though.

A spellsword. I just a mage that can fight well using his weapon and can use magic as well.

Transmuter all the way, an ungodly number of spells to choose from, and even better, they're almost all useful from polymorph other to rock to mud (or even alter self to grow wings and fly, or claws and dig like a mole).
