General NPC : Killian Darkwater from Fallout 1.

I'm assuming you're accepting non-party NPC's as well. Mine would be Deckard Cain from Diablo/Diablo 2. Always full of knowledge and useful information. And he identifies items for free (in D2).

My favorite is Keldorn in BG2. Its so hard to balance a career with a family. That is especially true when those you work with are like your kids. "Exactly where you hiding that rodent Minsc?"

Imoen-She's come w/ me through bg:totsc, bg2, tob, and is now coming through tdd for the first time. Happy and light hearted despite all that's happening in bg, tortured in bg2, she's tough as nails and bounces back

I would have to say minsc, he was to funny [img]graemlins/biglaugh.gif[/img] but i have to disagree with all that put imoen i couldn't stand her constant whinning, just to give you a picture everytime i started a new game in baldurs gate and each time in the beginning i would kill her to get her out of my party.

I couldn't help but like Xan from BG1. In one part of the game, that evil bard was in my group and got killed. What Xan said about that was just perfect! *Wishing I could remember what he said* And who didn't like Jan Janson's banter in BG2? No matter who he was talking to, it was funny listening to him.

As for female characters, I couldn't stand Imoen or Jaheira. I look up to Viconia though. I'd love to be able to be that evil and get away with it.
