Assuming Scooby snacks were unavailable and Bagpuss was actually awake.

Mack_Attack 11-03-2002 11:19 PM

Scooby seems to be doing very good. Cool

It's my personal view that Begpuss is deceptively viscous. You can see from the way he sits that he is ready to pounce at any time, ripping people limb from limb. Scooby Doo would just run away when faced with Bagpuss' full wrath.

Don't any of you know that Bagpuss was really viscios? he hid his victims body parts in the mouse organ(the organ with the mice on it). under all that fur was a being of pure evil and malevolence. <----filled with Hidden evil :D

Thats a little bit active for Bagpuss Bruce, thats why he would win - he would lull Scooby Doo into a false sense of security and then pounce. Thats one dead dog...

Niadh 11-07-2002 09:54 AM

or convince some mice to help, really dead dog.

Personally I don't think that either of them would win, good reasons for Bagpuss' victory here, but haven't you noticed that no matter how many villains Scooby faces he never gets hurt? That mutt's immortal! Of course he never harms anything on purpose, either, so he wouldn't be able to defeat his foe. Therefore I just voted for Bagpuss winning, I hate Scooby.

Scooby would win......he's got the backup.

And as all modern day fights resort to: My brother/dad/cousin/mate is harder than yours, Scrappy would get involved, and tear Bagpuss to pieces!

Harsh, but in the world of teddy bear/dog fighting, it's all true!

Barry the Sprout 11-08-2002 08:42 AM

Scrappy Doo was all talk! You notice the gang always kept him out of actual fights - its because he was useless. Bagpuss could easily take on both of them, and slaughter them with his malicious powers of multi-coloured catness.

THIS JUST IN:
Proof that bagpuss HAS to be vicious:
He fathered
No, really :D
I voted Bagpuss. Cats rule!

Barry the Sprout 11-08-2002 10:52 AM

Thats the spirit! Cats shall rule all!

Urrmmm yes... :D

So who's Bagpuss exactly?

This is why I thought most non-british people might have a bit of trouble. He's a bit before my time to be honest, but he was basically a large cloth cat that spent most of his time sleeping on a chair. Riveting stuff, I'm sure you'll agree.

AzRaeL StoRmBlaDe 11-21-2002 06:45 PM

who the hell is baggus?

Talthus 11-26-2002 12:29 AM

my god! bagpuss all the way!

wellard 11-26-2002 05:17 AM

at the end scooby would take the mask of the devil incarnate bagpuss and lo and behold it would transpire that bagpuss was not a cat but just a poodle that was not getting enough attention
scooby wins!!!

Toons are almost indestructable so neither would win. Have none of you seen Who Framed Roger Rabbit?

Yeah, but Bagpuss isn't a toon, he is a cloth cat. So he is destructible, however not by Scooby Doo he isn't! And Scooby wouldn't actually be killed I suppose, he would just run away or be badly mauled.
