Every well-dressed gaming chick needs a pair of these, I think...

http://boners.com/grub/794901.html

How many of you already have them?

*Edit* Despite the URL, this particular link is family-friendly and cube-safe. If you keep searching, though, you'll find some that are not.

Hmmm ... wonder if they have similar jewellery for other body parts !

Luvian 02-02-2006 07:19 PM

Nothing wrong with that link, it just show a pair of 20 sided dice earings.

Kakero 02-02-2006 07:31 PM

Ahem! Some interesting link there. ;)

Bungleau 02-02-2006 10:52 PM

Luvian, have you had your eyes checked lately? They're only ten-siders...

Apologies, LZ. I should have indicated that that link, at least, was family-friendly and cube-safe. If you keep searching, though, you'll find some that are not.

Their "boners" are mistakes or oddball things, not *ahem* whatever it is you were thinking of

Sir Degrader 02-02-2006 10:56 PM

Err, Bungleau, have yhou had your eyes checked? He said 20 sided... Anyways, wear them and die.

Mack_Attack 02-03-2006 12:05 AM

Still filtered here at work. Will have to wait till home. ;)

Bungleau 02-03-2006 01:35 AM

I have had my eyes checked, Sir D, and if you take a look, you'll notice that those are indeed two ten-sided dice. They are not 20-siders. For reference, look here:

Ten-sider:

Twenty-sider:

Those danglies are ten-siders, my friend.

Luvian 02-03-2006 12:43 PM

The d20 has always been my favorite dice, I must have assumed they were out of habit.

Bungleau 02-03-2006 11:36 PM

No worries

Just realized I forgot any kind of smilies up there. All friendliness was intended, and no sarcasm or such was meant.

Sir Degrader 02-03-2006 11:39 PM

Sacree Bleue! Teh DM has been disproved! Oh noes! Open revolt is forthcoming!

TheCrimsomBlade 02-04-2006 05:55 PM

Everybody grab your dice and be ready for war!!!

Mack_Attack 02-04-2006 11:53 PM

I also love the 20 side. ;)

I rember the 4 sider the most usless dice around. ;)

Sir Degrader 02-05-2006 12:01 AM

Not when your facing kobolds... Of course, knowing me, I roll D20's, just to piss off the guy in my campaign who's read the MM twice over and always tries to play a half dragon. NEVER try to beat the DM at his own game, gents.

I remember a conversation I had a few years back with a man who is one of my mentors. We were talking about playing Yahtzee, since there was a copy of it on our system that we played when we had a lull. We were talking about being able to play it when the computers went down, and I mentioned that I'd be sure to bring in some six-sided dice just for that occasion.

He looked at me quizzically and asked, "What do you mean? Aren't they all six-sided?"

Suffice it to say that he got a lesson in gaming that day... :D

Sir Degrader 02-05-2006 12:12 AM

LOL! I used my D&D dice for gambling purposes, man, Civics class was never so useful!

Ilander 02-05-2006 01:40 PM

HA! Those are great earrings...if I had pierced ears, I probably still wouldn't wear them, but, y'know, they're still great.

I love the tens, though...

I have a pair of percentile tens, and I've come up with a name for them, as the GM/DM: "Screw-the-PCs-over-dice"

Needless to say, they're not popular in me and Dron_Cah's games :D

Lauren 02-05-2006 08:09 PM

Heh heh heh dice earrings.... oh I know how about make a watch with those for the men they can wear it to their gaming nights *grins*

Intrepid 02-11-2006 11:56 AM

I prefer these from Katamari Damacy
of course not many people have heard of Katamari Damacy (a computer game where you roll over things)
