1-Personally "General Discussion", it's really the only reason I come to IW anymore.
The atmosphere's always nice, and typically it's pretty active.

2-I visit "Gen Con" the most by far. Than the "Film/TV" forum. I've recently discovered the joys of the "User poll" forums, and how suprisingly interesting that forum can be. I also visit "Current Events" occasionally to see what's going on in there.

3-Current Events. Too hot and spicy for my tastebuds. Serious arguments were better, and more productive when they were incoporated into Gen Con IMO.

4-A "Transformers" forum. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

1) General discussion, BG forums.
2) General discussion, Baldur's Gate forums, Misc. Games.
3) Current events, because a lot of people have been arguing there.
4) Vampire: The masqurade - Bloodlines.

1. Roleplay forum. Nowadays I hang out mostly there. And most of the games going on now are great.

2. GenCon, Roleplay, Books, sometimes Wiz8 and sometimes CE.

3. CE is the most likely here, but I feel it could stay.

4. I'm happy with the current structure.

Before you post it, I wish to announce that I will be adding a MMOG Forum for The likes of Everquest, World of Warcraft, and all the others! Since WoW is gonna be a freaking huge hit, it'll be an active forum soon! [img]smile.gif[/img]

3. No need to dump a forum, but I think people really should watch what they're saying a bit more on the Current Events.
4. Well, since you announced it, Z, I see no reason to say it here...

1) My favourite is the Baldur's Gate II forum, seeing as I love the game and it was the reason I first came to Ironworks.

2) I visit the Baldur's Gate I & II forums, Neverwinter Nights forum, General Discussion Forum (obviously), the Books, Movies & TV Show Discussions and the Icewind Dale I & II forums.

3) Hmmm, well they all have their uses and viewers so I guess none of them need removing. I guess for me it would be the current events forum as most of the topics in there are from a different country to the one I live in and so dont really appeal to me.

4) Well, I was going to say the MMOG but its already in the pipe-line

1-Either the Roleplaying Forum or GD

2-GD, NWN x2,Morrowind (rarely), BG2 x2, Misc. Games, books & movies, user created polls IWD & IWD2 (rarely), BG, CE and Artwork. Basically all except Wiz 8 and Dungeon Craft.

3-Which Forums do you think should be removed? None, they are all worth having IMO.

4-Which Forum would you like to see here on IW? Well the new one sounds good, ehm, a writers forum possibly?

You know what I would like. Note, this is just my anal pedantic nature showing. But anyway ;) . I would like the forums to be ordered better on the screen that shows all the forums. It makes no sense to me that GD and Polls and Movies etc are all in 'Gaming Forums' and then there is a 'Non-gaming Forums' category with only one forum (CE) in it. I would like there to be more sensible categories and for the forums to be put in them according to their categorisation. And, to be honest, having a category with only one forum in it that is essentially the same name (e.g., Roleplaying) is just silly ;)

(some of these I don't visit too much anymore, but I am going to be coming on here more often)

Actually, I will 'third' that! Sounds good to me. I would definitely post there. It could even generate the first Ironworks Novel! :D

Well none really, i just dont use the others because they are games and etc that i dont have.

Acually cant think of another, i go to other forums for other stuff like that is mostly gaming or anything like that.

Never come anywhere but General Discussion, except the Neverwinter Nights Forum, when there is news. Hm, would have visited a KotOR Forum back in the day, but I have quit playing that.

...can't say 'cos I havn't visited them all yet! I like it here and I've spent a lot of time on the Wiz 8 forum too. When Wizards & Warriors was in it's prime the site was the best. You just could not find a better bunch of people. ...where have they all gone... :(

Well, I do have my IW buddies and that's no small consolation! :D

I am not sure as to whether I think the Current Events forum should be removed or not. I fancy that people discuss worldwide politics a lot more now than before the forum was created but the downside is that it has created some spiteness among members for one another.

4. Perhaps and FPS forum, or just an action games forum in general.

The forum has evidently been 'closed' by the UBB software only in that it doesn't appear on the forum listing at www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi ... the very front page, on the other hand, isn't handled by UBB, and Ziroc needs to remove that link himself about a year ago [img]smile.gif[/img] (I assume he didn't realise you could still get to that forum; or purposely left the link there to try to get traffic back to it).

Last I checked (which was about 2 years ago :D ), you could still get to the old War on Terror forum, too. But it isn't easy.

I know I'd whip up some stories, polish them, and mebbe post one or two a month. Multiply that by even 4 more ppl, and you got some good reading material every month for free!!
