While crusing anotehr forum I came across this.

Mr. Gamelot has been in contact with Nintendo of America over this blatant breach of both trademarked name, and gameplay style, the original 'Halo' was dubbed to be a "fine top-down-shooter, innovative game that brings whole new levels of violence into the home, graphically, it can't get much better than this" by an independent games magazine.

NoA have still yet to release an official press statement, but it seems highly likely that a court case could be go - another item to stand alongside Nintendo's impressive legal history of shutting down porn sites because they may offend Nintendo product consumers, closing down established sites in fear that they might one day sell up shop and cash in on Nintendo trademarks, attacking piracy in China - causing a mental nightmare for all of China's up and coming script kiddies.

Indeed, what a revelation in gaming this has turned out to be. We look forward to seeing Nintedo's response to how they forgot about this title and how an "emo" child from a sub-urban gangbang may be charging them a hefty commission for his findings.

Well it doesn't say anything about the standards or quality of both X-box and Nintendo games. Halo on the NES was apparently a bad game, while Bungie made it a great game.

And when Halo was released wouldn't Nintendo at least remembered their own game? Even though it racked low sales?

well, I almost fell for it, until I looked closer at the image, seems the sticker hangs over the edge, and if this game was as old as it said, that part would have worn off ;)

so it is either photoshopped, or a printed sticker....

Quite well done actually. Only a few mistakes: after the cost for the ability you would need a ":" And the font for the creature type and text is not the same as the original. Still quite good and of course great for a good laugh.

Oh man! Why did it have to be fake? I was about ready to torture my Halo-addicted friend with this information!
