I was just thinking that.
BTW That really is excellent news, also, how long was she in the coma?

Stormymystic 09-27-2004 11:07 PM

she is still pregnant with the baby, that is what is causing all of the problems and I am glad to hear that she is doing better

Cerek 09-28-2004 05:24 AM

That is GREAT NEWS, Gangrell. I am very glad to hear that Mom and Baby are both doing well.

I didn't realize Baby hadn't been born yet. I thought the surgery you mentioned in the first thread was a C-Section to deliver her/him.

Either way, I am very, very glad to hear they are both doing so much better.

I don't really know, she hasn't given birth yet, she's along six months I think. No one knows the gender either.

It is truly an honor to have you visit us, Andrea. It is wonderful to know that you and the baby are doing well and I pray that both of you will continue to do well.

Our thoughts and prayers will be with you both for the next 3 months and beyond.

And - of course - we will be anxiously awaiting frequent updates on how you and Baby are doing. ;)

Bungleau 09-29-2004 11:26 PM

You are most welcome, Andrea. I'm very glad to hear that you're doing better, and in fact, well enough to join us on the boards here. Welcome

I wish you health and safety in the next three months of your term... may they be nothing like what you've experienced so far, and may the result at the end be everything that you hope for... and more.

javan 09-30-2004 12:01 AM

Welcome Andrea.

It is good to hear that you and your baby are doing better. Please keep us posted.

I would like to think of everyone at IW as a friend- i.e. someone who would take time out to say a prayer for another sick friend.

Thanks to Gangrell for introducing a new friend to us.

Gangrell 09-30-2004 01:16 PM

Yeah, welcome Andrea to the Works everybody. Great to have you here sis

RoSs_bg2_rox 09-30-2004 01:17 PM

Hey Andrea, nice to see you are here. I'm sure you will love the place, it's really nice. It's like a home :D

Have fun.

Andrea 09-30-2004 07:16 PM

Thank you all for your kindness and well wishes. :D I'm sure I will have fun here. I'll try to keep you updated. I'm still currently in the hospital under observation.

Cloudbringer 10-01-2004 01:52 AM

Best wishes for the future and your continued good health, Andrea!

Andrea 10-20-2004 10:37 PM

Sorry to bring this post back up. Phoenix says it's necroposting and hopes that there isn't any rule against it. If there is, please forgive me.

An update is this, after just waking up (yesterday) out of a 2 1/2 day coma, (yes, again) I'm feeling alright. I should be able to safely have the baby between mid November- early December. I'm getting pretty excited and although am still kicked pretty hard, I know that I will be amazed by the end result. Thank you so much for caring about me. Especially you, Gangrell, little bro. ;)

Dron_Cah 10-20-2004 10:44 PM

Excellent news!! Well, except for that whole "coma" thing. ;) Cheers to your continued recovery, and bringing into the world a wonderful new life! (But, no drinking for you, of course!) ;)

Andrea 10-20-2004 10:46 PM

:D I'll say it's Sprite instead. ;) Thank you for your kind words about Phoenix's and my baby. :D I'm very excited.
