i took a class on the psychology of photography, that stuff is pretty cool. For the brief scientific version, its just the memory of your retinas pretty much and the negative image of what you were looking at shows up.

I saw a mushroom shaped cloud that turned into a banshee and then a big ball of light.

Its quite good. But there are many others out there. I particularly like the one on ebaumsworld, when you are concentrating really hard when suddenly a big woman pops out and screams. Quite scary! [img]graemlins/hehe.gif[/img]

I think I saw Alanis Morissete after the circle!! Scary!

frudi_x: If you copy it into paint or something, then pick out bits of the two squares and put them next to each other, you can see they're the same. I agree - it's impossible to see them the same if they're in the whole picture like that.
