how credible is this news site? i'm asking not because of this report but something else from it.

What, you mean Pravda? They have a weird obsession with UFO's and aliens, and many of their articles seem to be written in a drunken state of mind... A good example of why not everything written on online newssites is automatically trustworthy. They're definitely good for a laugh, though. ;)
