I'd go for the superhuman ability to freeze time and manipulate it frozen(move things and such)
Next, I'd go for the superhuman ability to produce cans of beer in people's hands
Finally, I'd wish a Federation type economy(no money, no bosses, work to better self)

1. Be able to change my shape at will and never be able to lose myself in the transformation. I could be anything and change myself into a younger version of myself (live forever) or I could change into a new life form of my own design which doesn't require sex to reproduce, go to Mars, and spawn a new civilization.
2. A perferted one. I would wish to be able to transport myself and someone of my chosing to an alternate mini-reality where the other person is crazy to get in the sack with me and then transport back to reality without repurcussions and the other person remembering.
3. Be able to grant up to 23(just a prime number I seem to like) powers (of my own design) to any one(s) of my choosing and be able to take them back and reshape them to give to others. Obviously there would be some limit to the powers (example: I couldn't give myself the ability to grant wishes).

Of course all I really need is the last one since I could give myself the first two with it.

I DON'T want omnipotence, and I certainly wouldn't want other people to have it. I don't trust myself with power like that and neither do I think most other people I know can be trusted with it. Being able to do anything you want for the rest of your life can get you into a whole lot more trouble than you bargained for.

1) I wish that before any soldier (in any army, of any religious denomination, of any nation) engages in battle with an enemy, they must meet that enemy face to face, sit down together, share a meal, show each other pictures of their families and friends and discuss with each other just what exactly it is that they are willing to kill each other for in the first place...

2) I wish that numerical monetary value is aboloshed and the 'financial' system of trade is dissolved. That national boundaries are forgotten and debt records erased. Omnipotence is bigger than that. Its all encompassing. You transend live as we know it. You transend ALL life, everything. You get a free pass to the next level, unlimited credits. Trouble no longer holds meaning, as do all other human terms. I for one would welcome it.

P.S. dont look at omnipotence like that clown Q in Star Trek, thats completely meaningless: an omnipotent being being fasciniated with the human morality sense? PUH-LEASE!!! you could do better Berman, waaaay better than that...
