Well I wouldn't call coke a medicine. But it has its uses. Caffeine is good for your intestines and flat coke is good for a queasy stomach. [img]smile.gif[/img]

On topic, no pop for me. If I had to drink a pop it would be Clearly Canadian. Although not the new ones. [img]smile.gif[/img]

Yeah, but the guy who came up with the idea that a cow's milk was meant for human consumption should get an award. :rolleyes: Milk has its issues -- been there before and argued it to death. In short, unless you are an infant calf, there is simply too much protein in it -- so much in fact that it will always cause a net *loss* of calcium to you per unit volume. Sorry, OT.

Diet soda for me. I drink maybe one or two glasses of soda a day, though. While I used to be able to drink 5 sugary cokes and eat 1/3 a bag of oreos dipped in milk - all after dinner - and still maintain 150lb body weight, that all changed a couple of years ago. Now, it take smarter eating and exercise to maintain my girlish figure. :D So, go diet drinks!!

Plus, the other stuff tastes too much like candy now. And, Snapples, don't even get me started. :rolleyes: Those horrible sticky viscous "drinks" are just liquified lollipops. [img]graemlins/1puke.gif[/img]

Regular Coke for me, ah.., that's when I can't have a Gatorade [img]graemlins/thumbsup.gif[/img]

Sprite lite, 7-up lite, OR caffeine free Coke lite. You notice the operative word here is "lite".

As a rule I try to avoid cola's and soft drinks in general. Organic vegetable juice, baby...the only way to go.

Well, i'm gonna beat Johnny to it but for me it's BEER :D .

Mostly drink tea, milk and orange juice (or ordinary tap water). Drink soft drinks occasionally, but not too often. And alcoholic beverages only when going out.

In that case, normal Cola. I seldom have soft drinks but when I do it's normally Cola (Coke)

I used to drink Coke and/or Diet Coke -- whatever was closest, until I went to our local Coke manufacturing plant ( I work in the beverage industry, and went there on business )

Absolute fresh, just made Coke and Diet Coke tastes nothing like what you get in the shops. I could hardly believe how much better it tasted !!! ( Drool )

That was about 3 years ago. Since then I seldom, if ever, drink cola drinks from the shop -- it just reminds me how good the fresh stuff was !!

Current drinks -- chocolate flavoured skim milk. decaf coffee. orange juice. pineapple juice.
