Like I said, close your eyes and pretend nothing had happen. if that doesn't work, sing " old macdonald had a farm " on top of your lungs.

That, dear Vaskez, is a great question!! Much like the chicken and egg question.

Well let's tally up and look at your options:

1: Ignore the omen

2: Move

3: Panic and run around like a headless chicken

4: Scream "Old McDonald" at the top of your lungs

5: Try to give Rupert a Stomach Pump

6: The mind overpowers matter, don't ever forget that, if you keep believing a tornado will strike you then who'se to say the whirlwind might actually be a "willed"-wind. eh?

Any more ideas?

Puts check next to Arkansas for places "NOT" to visit due to elements and natives.

That takes another load off of my mind. But the good news is that the sun is also seen in Arkansas.

We have been having tornadoes here all day. Hell, I drove home from work in the middle of a tornado warning. You just have to listen to the weather and not be stupid. It isn't over yet, we are under a watch until 9:00 PM. Just life as usual in Alabama in May.

To To's reponse to Dorothy:

Dear Dorothy,

Hate Oz, Took the Ruby Slippers, Find your own way home.

Don't let me down now Stormy! I bought a black suit and a plane ticket over there as soon as I saw this! hehe

I guess we're lucky here where I am. Never get that sort of thing.

Stormymystic 05-07-2003 07:20 PM

you are soooo lucky, lol i just found out we are the only state in this region to have more fault lines than towns, lol sonow we have to worry about a dormant vocano, left over hurricanes, fires tornados, ice storms, and now earthquakes have been ripping through here, hadone just last week that hit the north east corner here

Kakero 05-07-2003 07:29 PM

well, at least you don't have tsunami over there. ;)

Donut 05-08-2003 06:45 AM

I've seen snow in Arkansas, in a town called England - quite strange really!
