Someguy, it is probably an inflamed hair follicle.
|
Tumur maybe? ;)
|
i think its a new mole... just wait and see if it grows hair
|
I sometimes get lumps on my ear that hurt to touch. They disappear after a few days to weeks. Maybe it's just a coincidence that a mole happened to be on the same spot...
|
Looked in mirror.Mole is BELOW where it hurts. The bump is visible from the outside it's so big.

Zit is what i'm thinking, I once had one under my arm that oozed enough puss to fill a medicine bottle cap, all yellow and squishy I thought fat tissue was litterally pouring out of my arm Ah adolescence your skin will rupture many areas where the skin just wants to leak oil, best thing to do is pop 'em, wash em, and call it a day. Heck you might even consider it fun after a whiel. Another thoery is an insect bite and lastly: Psoriasis a condition that makes all your skin grow faster than normal, i've got it around the backs of my ears and elbows, it just flakes and flakes endlessly and always grows back, gets all painfull and bloody and you cant do a darned thing about it... Your hair also regenerates twice as fast, cuts heal quicker, but usually scar more easily, and you have to shave and cut your fingernails every 3 days... Yeah i know... Bleh |

Sounds like a zit to me Someguy! Welcome to adolescence - don't worry, it only lasts about a decade ;)

The first step is to get hooked up with a good dermatologist (not a general practicioner) and take it from there. My tip for the day - Dovobet Sorry if this got a bit off-topic, but I believe the above may be of interest to some here. |

Sorry to get all serious on ya, but could it be a keloid? Have you had your ear pierced? If so, sometimes the body reacts strangely to a wound such as a piercing, triggering excessive tissue growth, which can indeed be painful. If so, DON'T stick a pin in it, as that could make things worse. It's not a dangerous condition, but you'll need to see a doc.
This info comes courtesey of my med. student flatmate, so just don't assume either that I'm smart or that I'm right! |

when a zit gets big you can feel it! especially in a place so thin like an ear lobe. just pop it, it'll hurt but be better in alittle bit
