We wanted to know what your favorite cpu or ps2 game is, we couldn't think of why we were so bored, then we realized, we wanted to find an awsome game of a sort, so, we're asking you guys, what is your favorite cpu or ps2 game...?

The Hunter of Jahanna 10-31-2002 07:18 PM

My current favorite Comp game is Morrowind. That thing is like videocrack!! My favorite Playstation game is tied between Silent Hill and the original Tenchu.

Dodo 10-31-2002 07:42 PM

Im a hardcore fantasy fan, but I still like SSX (Tricky or not) as my favorite PS2 game. It plays fast, loud music, it's racing (which means I'm hammering the controller while jumping up and down and turning as I steer), and it has the word Aloha in it. ;) Pure fun, never gets old.

CPU is definetely Morrowind :D Hands down

TheCrimsomBlade 10-31-2002 07:46 PM

Thats a really hard question because I have 5 favorites.
Right now every day I play Morrowind, Baldurs Gate II the Shadows of Amn, Dungeon Siege, Icewind Dale II, and Neverwinter Nights.
these are my favorite I don't think I could pick any one of them. Tomarrow I'm going out to buy Divine Divinity. I played DD last weekend and It looks like it will be added to the list and I'm also going to get the Expansion for Morrowind on nov 16th and these are just the PC games.

Black Dragon 10-31-2002 07:46 PM

Personally, we like final fantasy games too, but SSX was pretty good too, and, of all the games Jahana mentioned, we've only heard of Silent Hill...

GO straight to the store and buy GRAND THEFT AUTO: VICE CITY immediately. This game is sweet as all hell.
with the celebrity voice of: gary busey, ray liotta, lawrence taylor, dennis hopper, jenna jameson. . . the list goes on. its also got a sweet 80's soundtrack you can listen to while driving along in your stolden car on the way to the next drug deal. the game centers on the coke syndicate operating in miami in the 80's, your goal is to work you way up by pulling off jobs for the mob. this game gets 10 out of 10 stars the graphics and gameplay and everything about this game is amazing buy it ASAP

Who is we?

Black Dragon 10-31-2002 08:01 PM

We are of one being, we are not multiple beings as you may think... Yes, we do believe GTA:VC is a very awsome sounding game, that was our next choice of a game to buy, we hope we can afford it soon, it looks awsome, our friend bought it, and is already telling us of it, it is a very beautiful game from what we hear...

Dodo 10-31-2002 08:13 PM

We drive people insane when we talk like this continually ;) :D

When we understand the true meaning to our existance we will resolve from speaking in the plural form, otherwise, we will continue to speak as two, when we understand why our race is here, we will begin to speak as one again...

antryg 10-31-2002 08:43 PM

I'm glad that's all it is black dragon. I thought we were in the presence of royalty and were acting as peasant. Also please forgive LoA, he's been drinking and thought he saw two of you.

Lady Blue03 10-31-2002 08:54 PM

GokuZool 11-01-2002 04:20 AM

Favourite PS2 game: Final Fantasy X

Sio 11-01-2002 05:27 AM

Unreal Tournament 2003
Just got this a week ago and I cant stop playing it, single player is great and the comp AI is pretty decent but as with most 1st person shooters the greatness of this game lie in its Multiplayer Mode, fast, frantic and a helluva lot of firepower!
Get this game NOW! :D

philip 11-01-2002 10:19 AM

Empire Earth and BG 2 SoA for the computer and Tony Hawk 3 for PS2. Tony Hawk 4 will be cool too but my brother has to let fix his PS2 first(only 1 game works and Sony doesn't know anything about that error :( ).

I second that opinion! ;) All FF fans must buy this one if they have a PS2! E:)

Ar-Cunin 11-01-2002 05:25 PM

Currently I'm going back to the really old days - I'm playing Colonization (Sid Meier). It's still a good game - despite the outdated graphics

I have many favourite games - CIV II, Master of Magic, Panzer General (1), BG-series, Dungeon Master, Warlords II - to name a few

Kaltia 11-01-2002 05:27 PM

Don't play playstation-my brother's one broke and I cba to play the new one. that's what gamecube Super smash bros is for, right? :D
PC-Anything Biowarean.

Ronn_Bman 11-01-2002 05:35 PM

We like NWN, but since we need more than one CD KEY to play together, we find it cost prohibitive.

For single people it's great though! ;)

Lord Starshadow 11-01-2002 05:39 PM

Ar-Cunin: I agree totally on the Civ II pick. It's a stupid fun... er, I mean, a totally awesome game. I was in a store the other day and saw an updated version with two whole new worlds and such and I was tempted to buy it. It was cheap too ($10 US), but fundage is tight, so I had to restrain myself.

Hehe, I only use my brother's PS2 to play my playstation RPGs, the various Final Fantasy games and such. But I hope to pick up a copy of FFX when I do get a chance.

andrewas 11-01-2002 06:11 PM

BG2. Quake III. Freespace. Couple others. All are good, but the one currently consuming the most hours is a freeware game by the name of Angband.

Graphicaly, its pre-DOS. IN fact, the original came out way before DOS did. But the gameplay is excellent. It also fits on a floppy, so its good for taking to work and such. Look up Thangorodrim if your interested. ALthough it is slightly scary when some people have been playing for *nine years* and still not beaten it.

ON consoles, my Sole loyalty is to FF7.

Black Dragon 11-01-2002 10:35 PM

We.. ergh.. um.. I personally like games with action, strategy, and a whole crap load of weapons... So personally I like FFantasy games and I like first person shooter games. (Just alittle note, I think the best first person shooter game I've ever played is Perfect Dark for the 64. It's fun as hell!!)

antryg 11-01-2002 10:39 PM

I'm with AC on some of the classic games. CivII and III, Colonization, Master of Magic are great. I wantt to add Alpha Centauri and my all time favorite game X-Com.

Animal 11-01-2002 10:40 PM

NHL2003 for the PC. What is this PS2, you speak of, nothing but blasphemy...

A few beers and a good game of hockey over the net with a good bud. Does life get any better?

Sir Goulum 11-01-2002 10:41 PM

I'd have to say the Suffle-Puck Cafe!
