It's pretty good,but it's still in beta so not huge yet.You accrew a turn every hour (so 24 a day accrew),you can gamble,challange others to duels,and adventure around.It's loosely based on the game majesty but you are one of the troops instead of the king.You can make more then one charcter.Many charcter choices,a fun little game to play for 5-10 min while at work.

Nice, but somehow a lvl 1 character seems too weak to have a lot of succes adventuring. These ratmen (why can't you play one of those anyway? Go Skaven) keep killing my ranger. And I haven't the heart (or turns or gold) to get out of the city right now.
I'm sure it'll get better the longer you play ;)

Ive never before in my life played a text rpg before but this really does rock! whats the best text rpg out there, cause I love this but are there any that you consider better than this even?

My avatar (Donkyslayer) has no more turn left for now, he has only 4 HP left. Not a bad game to get addicted to and at least it is free for the time being.

LOL, I've only got 1 HP left and zero turns, but at least I managed to kill some of those ratmen and giant rats... :D

Well I found out:
-if you rest at the temples you loose one turn and get your hps back.
-you can sell the junk you find in the sewer in the Gnome howel
-A 1st level ranger can't kill the ratmen in the sewer
-you get one turn for every hour you dont play
-the some of the battles in the fairground are hilarious
-you really need to read the forms [img]smile.gif[/img]
-there is a 41th!!! level dwarf in the fairground hall of fame!!! (come on get a life!)

Yeah, that is a fun little game. Since it's a beta, you're automatically resurrected with gold & experience intact. I'll just keep playing in the sewers until I get high enough to stop dying... Visit the Temple of Ardela for healing -- I think I'm gonna be a regular there.

I've played a couple Text based RPG's is there anything about this one that is dfferent?

I've found out there are no, I repeat, NO, that's N-O no rangers whatsoever in the Top 40 Most Reputable Heroes at the fairgrounds. Don't they like to fight, are the rangers unpopular or just plain bad here?
My other barbarian character is certainly doing a lot better even if he can't heal at the temples.

Paladins rock, as always. I just killed a Ratman and I'm just 1st level. ;)

lol, my level one mage, got no nothing, killed a giant rate, lol, so funny. but I got killed by the stupid ratman...

My Paladin is at level 2 now, still get whacked by ratman & giant rat combos. Damn!

This game is kinda fun... I haven't done a whole lot but it's fun so far.

Watch out guys and gals, Mr. Donkyslayer (my Paladin) is at level 4, wohoo!!! He've got a nice shining +2 Longsword to carve out some serious Ratmen hide. (unfortunately, his still gets his ass kicked from time to time, oh well...)

The Computer-game "Majesty" on which this is based is also quite fun. And in it rangers (and rogues) are the weekest hero-types.
