Let's face it, no matter our ages, we've ALL been bored at some time. What do you do to entertain yourself when you are incredibly bored?

I will begin with one of mine:

Sometimes late at night, when bored, I will play a CD, and move the mouse around to beat of the music, and navigate around all my icons on my desktop LOL. I lose if I actually touch an icon (its gotta go through that small space between icons to be legit). Yep... *cough* sad isn't it? I miss the blueboard's space and stars, I used to "zoom" my icon amongst them LOL years ago.

I've also counted tiles before, but only a couple of times in my life, used to count sheep to try to get to sleep, but that is bogus, you waste too much brain power conjuring up said sheep in your mind and then you aren't able to mentally relax to go to sleep. I've been on dates before, at a restaurant, and didn't know what to say, so read the entire menu in detail instead LOL.

Anyways, what stupid bored tricks to yall have? :D

hehehe make card towers over 6 stories high and then skim assorted beer mats at them (dont ask) until it falls... try the biscuit race solo, put a biscuit on you forhead and work it into your mouth without it falling to the floor...time consuming paly NwN's or fingerboard...but you need a fingerboard for that!

You'll know when I'm bored if I'm around because I'll pick up and read ANYTHING...even the back of bug spray cans or taxidermy brochures. I'm rarely bored, and generally only when I'm around other people that I DON'T want to be around and having to wait on their sorry arses to hurry up and do something.

LOL no the beer is Norwegian and made by the nice cold water from the mountains ice thingie here!
But when i am on a date with a girl i TALK to here and i dont sit there like a stumb idiot anyway lol so i hand over one more nice cold beer to you LZ enjoy it!!
PS btw i have counted all the icons i have on my desktop and it is 67 of them omg what shall i do with all those? hmm i think i must delete some of them. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

I think I have like 5 icons at home..."Internet Explorer", "Microsoft Outlook", "My Software Programs", "Recyle Bin", and a shortcut to my "Black Isle" folder. I run a VERY tight ship icon-wise! I made my mom clean up her desktop today as well; she had icons from "A" to "Izzard" all over the screen, most of which she didn't even know what they were.

Saz - Yeah I've done that too! I've read the back of all sorts of bottles and cans and packages. I mean, even with a few minutes with nothing to do, we humans can't just stand there and stare blankly at a wall, so we MUST be doing something, and grab whatever prop is nearby LOL! And cereal boxes are the worst! :D

Megabot - That is an icon infestation you got goin there LOL, you should delete some (like at least 40!) of those icons you don't use, I mean the program is still there in your PC even if you delete the icon. I'm guessing you don't see much of your wallpaper, if any LOL. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

when i'm bored i do something like reading, playing, surfing the net etc. sometimes i go to my friends houses so pratically i;m never bored for long.

Well i'm really bored and in a large group of other pyro's sometimes but very rarely i'll light stuff on fire. Yes I know it's dumb but I snagged that habit when my cousins and I lit a very large pile of dry bush on fire with gasoline. *Smacks head* What were we thinking back then? I try to avoid getting bored now.... I can be very impulsive, and, well, baaaaddd things happen (or good things that I later regret [img]smile.gif[/img] ). A bored Gemini is NOT a good thing!!

hmmm I read stuff... talk to myself, go on a laughing trip (you know, the ones on where you laugh your ass off over some silly thing), scout for pretty women, sing, whatever so I don't get bored... when I am spaced out I just love being blank [img]smile.gif[/img]

Megabot, i see you have a lot of game icons on your desktop. Why don't you create a map and put all the game icons in there ?

I read. Rarely ever find myself really bored but when I do, I read...anything from posts here at IW to text books to history to fiction...gave up cans of insectiside and cereal boxes a long time ago LOL just not mentally stimulating enough!
I never counted sheep...too boring. I used to make up stories that'd I'd "see" with my eyes closed, like watching a movie with me and my friends as the main characters with whatever storyline I wanted going on. Then I learned the art of self hypnosis and could put myself to sleep before I could count to ten.
Now that I am older, I just go to bed and that seems to work out well since I am beat and ready to sleep by the end of every day LOL!

Yeh i think chris is a bit of a nob hed rather pick a fite with a boar than stare at aphrodite anyday...maybe he is gay....
