I stated in the previous HADB thread that if no leader was nominated before 24 hours had passed I would make a decision, it reads as follows.

Hiram, I appoint thee leader of HADB. The reign of leadership is yours, I hope you will return HADB to it's former status of greatness and glory.

The only matter I would like you to address, is the question of Felix's membership.

Aside from that I wish you better luck in your revivial attempts than I had in mine, which as you know failed. Lead on man :D
