<font color="gold">For the first time on a long time, I experienced something new and hilarous in BG2! :D
As some of you know, you can control any person in the game using CTRL+Q. But has any of you tried to kick them out? [img]tongue.gif[/img]
A few hours ago, I was fighting the Twisted Rune with my solo Fighter/Mage lvl 14, and I found the fight very challenging. So I decided to cheat a bit. I took the cursor over the Lich's head, and pressed CTRL+Q. Then I controlled it to help me kill all of it's friends. When we were done doing that, I kicked the Lich out, he said:
"Goodbye ladies, ladies goodnight" or something, turned his back to me, and walked away! :D

It's fun alright, but NEVER, EVER try to level up your squirrel. I've found out that kinda crashes the game... Same goes for other creatures like Mr. Moose & co. ;)

i didnt even know what ctrl q did lol so what do the other ctrl do haha thats great though about the lich

CTRL+I while on an NPC will cause them to initiate dialogue with you.

ctr-j=Teleport selected characeters to cursor
ctrl-y=Instantly kills anything the cursor is pointing at(Exceppt characters with Imoens belt on)
Ctrl-r=Instantly heals character under cursor

Thats all I can remember... another one makes day break or fall IIRC... dont remember what the key is.. Oh and you need to have the CLUAConsole:CheatKeysEnabled() cheat activated for these ctrl etc to work [img]smile.gif[/img] </font>

you know, ive played the game for a long time now and ive never had the desire to kick a member of the team but for my info how do you do remove a member off your team.

I control q'd Irenicis and his alignment was chaotic good!

There are also a few 'special' NPCs that you can create with the CLUAConsole and then Ctrl-Q into your party, like Boo (on his own, disconnected from Minsc) and Artemis Enteri. Haven't tried Artemis myself, but Boo is quite a ferocious hamster... lightning fast, good saving throws, reasonable THAC0. His only weak point is that he has only 2 hit points, IIRC.
