Hmm... I think Galadria's Rule needs a little work still.
The length of a post does not determine whether or not it's SPAM, it merely depicts the originator's imagination and effort when it comes to producing high-quality SPAM.
Also, turning 21 does not, by my knowledge, casue one to lose the ability to spam. Take Neb, for example. He's not likely to stop spamming in just a single day now, let alone after he's had several more years to perfect his 'art'.

The rule started out really well though ;)
