Cloudy, if you saute' just the (parboiled)florets in 2TBSP each of butter and olive oil, in which dried red-pepper flakes have been simmering for 5 minutes, you'd be surprised at the nutty flavor.

I kinda accidently posted on the last one, then saw this one **sheepish grin** Cloudy, you asked about Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time series and how long it is? About 650-850 per book (there is 9 with a 10th coming out in November). Big committmmmmm committ...damn can't even type the word... ;) Big chunk of time to devote to a series, but worth it. Read all nine book 3 times. [img]smile.gif[/img]
