We're talking history here. We're talking about a tradition that goes back almost a hundred years. This Sunday, the EVIL Packers, led by a either a lich or vampire in Brett Farve (you pick) will come up against a wall of defenders so nasty... that monsters of the midway barely begins to describe their ferociousness. There is no question that the Chicago Bears will eat the pitiful Green Bay Packers on Sunday. The question is this:

Will there be anything left of the Packers after the game?

QB Brett Favre leads the NFL with a 98.8 passer rating and 14 touchdowns. DE Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila holds 2nd place in the NFL with 9 sacks. RB Ahman Green is 5th in the NFL with 756 yards from scrimmage (512 rushing, 244 receiving).

Hmmm... Defense dosen't win it all... May I recall the SHUTOUT agianst the ravens?

I want the Bears to win! [img]smile.gif[/img] All my favorite teams SUCK!!!!! The comeback wins there Bear h ave had in the last two weeks were incredible! Talk about a team not giving up, they are in the game till the last second this year! You have to admire that!

BEARS are gonna stomp the Packers :D Hopefully they can avoid the usual late season crash. Wait, what am I talking about. Lately, they've crashed all season. Maybe they'll even make the playoffs. :rolleyes:

Back to back fluke plays to win games for da Bears is impressive for sure.. But GB..Gilbert Brown shuts the middle run down fast. Screens are not going to work either. Long ball throwing falls right into our plan to take the division lead. We can handle that also.. [img]smile.gif[/img] The Walter factor is always present thow.... a true warrior of the past! Here's a game report.
(1) Bill Schaeder caught a lucky pass at the back of the end zone, without getting both feet inbounds. Touchdown. Packers score, and *gasp* there wasn't a replay!
(2) Bears recover a fumble by Antonio Freemen after he gets clobbered catching the ball in Bear territory. Instead of Bears getting the ball, the Packers score because...
*gasp* there wasn't a replay!

Count yourself lucky cheeseheads. Take your bumps, your bruises, your aching bodies back north and heal up because you're going to need every ounce of energy to even stay on the field next time the Chicago Bears invade Lamboau Field. Need I mention that the Bears have won the last two games there?

Ack! How horribly coached was that game by Chicago?

First they fail to call for a review of the Freeman fumble.

Then in the closing drive they spike the ball on second down instead of having had the team come in from the sidelines with two plays.

I loved watching the Bears the last two weeks, but this just turned my stomach. Ack!

I went to the Eagles game yesterday and watched them stomp the stuffing out of the hapless Vikings. It felt so good!!
