If you can ask you significant other one question, and he/she has to be brutally honest about it, what would you ask?

I did ask my wife one question that she was brutally honest about, and I wished that I had never asked.

It has tormented me ever since, and probably always will.

thanks, but no worry on me http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...es/biggrin.gif fortunately, we are very honest to each other http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...les/tongue.gif
well, if he/she can be brutally honest to you, AND he/she is very importnat to you. that shows a lot courage from his/her side, something to value, grateful for. that is just my opinion

mitsos 10-18-2001 10:52 AM

250, what would you ask me?

Jorath Calar 10-18-2001 11:02 AM

I agree Larry, some things belong in the past. I'd ask something harmless like what was her happiest childhood memory http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif

nah nah nah, it all depends
if things are done, dealt with, past, then let it stay where it was
however, if that thing still hurts, then one should definitely bare it to sunlight, and re-evaluate it.

believe me, I have a very vivid personal experience on that http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...es/biggrin.gif

Where there are monsters and barbarians there will be Byronas fighting against them.

Why you, 250? Because I think that although the true knowledge may only come from yourself ( Socrates believed that), I think I need some help.

I guess it isn't easy to think of one question! I think alot depends on where you are in the relationship too. I mean the married folk may want to ask completely different questions from the 'dating' or 'living together' people.

Toying with questions.. but how's this one? " How do I make you feel happy/special/loved?" Erm...ok that may technically be three questions.. I dunno.. LOL

Question?
Would you exchange me for a worldfamous the Guy (or Girl you never know) of your dreams?

Correct answer ofcourse would ofcourse be
"what? if there were two of you, you mean?"

Me? oh, id probably ask her where she is! (i'm yet to find her... *sigh*)

------------------
It's simple. Once the Planet is hurt, it gathers Spirit Energy to heal the injury. The amount of energy gathered depends on the size of the injury...What would happen if there was an injury that threatened the very life of the Planet? Think how much energy would be gathered! Ha, ha, ha. And at the center of that injury, wil be me. All that boundless energy will be mine. By merging with the energy of the Planet, I will be come a new life form, a new existence. Melding with the Planet, I will cease to exist as I am now. Only to be reborn as a 'God' to rule over every living soul.

Same for me.

I would ask her: "Did you know that Two Fitty is the Maturest?"

Seriously, I found out the hard way that absolute honesty can be devestating to a relationship. There are certain things that shouldn't be said. A good relationship is built on trust but not every bit of your life should be revealed. I'm not an expert but...I learned the hard way on how not to do things. I often remind my girlfriend that she benefits from all the time I messed up in the past.
