your right,
the queen mother is 101 i think, the queen is decidedly less than this, lets say the queen mum was 25 when the queen was born that would make her about 76, think about it, if the queen was 100 than the queen mum would be about 125 - 130!!

Lady Nightshade 09-25-2001 02:49 PM

The Queen was born on April 21, 1926 in London

The Queen Mum (Gawd bless her!!) is about 150 years old and venerated as a goddess by all right thinking people. Her daughter is the current Queen of England (and some other less important places) and intends to hang onto the throne as long as humanely possible. This is because the next in line is a proper Charlie who talks to plants and thinks the acme of humour is "The Goons".

That's all you really need to know about these people http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...es/biggrin.gif

hehe at least our royal family is fun
we got princes wanting to marry Videla secratarys http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...es/biggrin.gif

and well...
Geld = money
Land = country
so Gelderland = Not Money Country http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...les/tongue.gif
logical isn;t it http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...miles/wink.gif

Well Where they do get the name from?
well The Netherlands used to be separated povinces (that's why i sometimes call it the United Provences of the Netherlands) and one of them was Gelre

Gelderland is Eastern Holland. Biggest City is Apeldoorn with 160000 (which is big in Dutch terms) others are province capital Arnhem (about 156000} and Nijmegen (150000) though in any other country Arnhem and Nijmegen would be seen as one city together with the little villages which are attached to eachother.

We don;t like big cities in the Netherlands because else we would be one big city and our National park would be a city park http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...miles/wink.gif
