Did you see the USC/MSU game Thursday night?

I had not bought into Lou Holtz being a football genius until that game, but his substitution offense in the 3rd quarter won me over! That kicked major butt -- I enjoyed that drive maybe more than any other I have ever seen in football -- LOL -- MSU was so befuddled! I love Notre Dame football, so therefore I love Lou Holtz.
I was glad to see him take the job in South Carolina. It
semmed that he was burning out in South Bend. Same with
Joe Paterno. (besides that I hit my parlay)

My wife's dad is a huge Notre Dame fan. He lives for Notre Dame football.

Obviously not. I must admit that the Big 12 is a RIVAL of the SEC for best conference in the country, at least currently. It's not like in former years, when the Big 12 was just Nebraska and the Husker punching bags.

I'm not much of a college football fan but I did see what Holtz did for the Gamecocks last year, impressive!!!!!!! I do kind of like NC State, I call them the GiantKillers. They'll beat a top 5 team, then lose to Duke the next week lol. Anyway I am an NFL fan big-time so I'm hoping for a mighty victory by the Carolina Panthers over the filthy Atlanta Falcons. No prob - all you needed to do was replace the [] brackets with <> brackets to get the colours working. However if you put it in a sig, you may need to edit after each post (just go to the edit function - you don't even have to change anything). Thats what I have to do to get my sig moving LOL.

Oh, and it's kinda etiquette to delete sig testing posts/threads when you are finished, not that anyone will notice on the Darkstone board http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/smile.gif

Especially, if you through out Vanderbilt! They need to go to the Ivy League!!!

Who's in the Big Twelve besides Nebreska and Kansas State (oh I forgot Oklahoma)? you look at the SEC. We have Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Georgia and Tennessee, who have all won championships in the last twenty years. The SEC is by far the most dominate conference!</font>
