I aopologize here and now to anyone I may have offended since the board has been back up. In very little time I seem to have put myself in the doghouse defending myself and others trying to have fun.

I am truly sorry that I have recently responded negatively to negativity. It would just be nice to think that when we can come here and post in fun that it can be left alone and the fun mood allowed to continue.

If you have a negative opinion towards jokes being made in any thread is it so hard to start a new thread or send an e-mail to the person who offended you to voice your negative opinion without having to throw a blanket over public humor and laughter?

I'll do my best if you do yours.

I certainly haven't noticed any negativity from you. You always seem to be a considerate poster who is mindful of others opinions and feelings.

You aren't in my doghouse either.

Besides Moni, If everyone was happy and cheery, life would not be any fun. And we must all realize that everyone has a right to there opinion. And besides, if we all agreed on everything, what could we debate about.....Debate is important!!

I believe (please correct me if I'm wrong, Moni) that she's referring to

http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/No...ML/002577.html

where you can see she got angry at one of Saz's posts (though he obviously didn't intend any insult)

Okay I read it, I understand. It was still more of a debate than an argument... Never mind they're exactly the same thing aren't they?

I believe that the whole Ancients thing is my fault. http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...iles/frown.gif
I was the first one to use that term. (I am 25, by the way)
The reason behind it was not a show of power.
It was to bring out into the open the ones that were members of this board BEFORE BGII.
It had nothing to do with how many posts a person has, or whether they were from the blue-board days.
Only those that were pre-BGII were considered "by me" an ancient.
It was not used to elevate myself above others, but only used as a sort of counting device used to mark those that found their way here long ago, and have made residence on the board.
I hope I have sufficiently made my self clear on this.
Nobody can attain the title of Ancient except for the ones that are already known as one.
In previous posts, we have identified each one.
It is a clan, of sorts.
As the Order of the Holy Flame, or the Laughing Hyenas, or other groups are titled as clans, I wanted to make a sort of clan using an original idea.

Anyone who challenges the existance of the Ancients clan must also challenge the OHF, or Laughing Hyenas, which many of you are a member of.

As somebody mentioned earlier in another post, these clans will be finally put to use when NWN or another multi-player game module is released.

I thought it was sort of a debate sort-a-thing as well. It's hard to tell in this cold electronic environment whether someone is debating a point or getting angry.

But either way, everyone here is alright in my book, including Moni, Saz and anyone else involved in anything. See ya!

Well I certainly did not expect anyone to be apologizing to me...it is totally unnecessary Sentinel but thank you. For the record I do not "enjoy pointing out errors", your post just made absolutely no sense whatsoever with your opinion (the words "don't think") completely missing!

I just wanted to make my apoogy public for what it is worth to those who knew where I was coming from and what I meant.

Thank you all for your responses and your reassurance that I have a place here among you as internet friends...it is not what I excepted to see but you all sure did a lot to make me feel better about the whole thing. I love you guys! http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...s/EEhearts.gif

Moridin, to answer your question, yes, my dog houses are full LOL...no room for me out there for sure!
The reason cats don't need individual houses is because they take over ours. http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...miles/wink.gif Why stay in a puny little wooden box when they can have central air, queen sized beds, cushy sofas and television? http://www.ironworksforum.com/ubb/no...miles/wink.gif
Counting to ten, an excellent idea even though I forget what it is like to actually think of physically harming anyone...I must not have been so pissed off after all LOL.

Sorry I took so long to get back with you guys on this but I have been feeling ill for the last couple of days with a sore throat and even though the sore throat is lessening, sleep seems to be my master at this time. Another day with a four hour nap included and I am ready for bed again already. I apologize if I ever did hurt someone. My thing for the Ancients was just a joke... like saying I am old... well, I am not. I didn't really mean for it to say that we are oh so powerful and we will crush type of thing... but considering me, I am not really one of those "Ancients" as in the genuine ones. It was a joke, and this time my sincerest apologies...
