And the more he walked, the more the dress tore until eventually the entire costume seemed pretty much peculiar to rags. She arrived back in time to her fairy god-mother, who was floating like a blessed angel. A wide grin washed across her face. "Next time I'll make you a pregnant frock instead" she giggled.
