Still, it looks amazing. Now I just have to wait 1-2 years for it to come out. :(

Well I hope it's more like Metal Gear Solid 1. I didn't really like the second one never finished it. The first one was a geniue classic the second a pretentious under par sequel(From the bits I played) in my opinion of course.

I agree. There was way too much sentimental crap in MGS2 especially at the end. If you compare Raiden's fight with Solidus [img]graemlins/yawn.gif[/img] to Snake's fight with Liquid on top of Metal Gear :eek: ......well there is no comparison. Hopefully there'll be more of Liquid Snake/Ocelot in MGS3. And less of Raiden prancing about. :D

Here are some screenshots! The graphics are amazing; I can't see how they're going to make it run smoothly on the PS2. IMO, I think it will pushed back as a PS3 launch title.

omg im drooooling that looks amazing and i now seen the trailer! i loved both games but i still agree that number 1 was the best but as i seen this i think ill think the 3rd is the best when i played it beacuse FINNALY you can be outside and not on a boat or in some house finnaly!

I'll admit it those screenshots look damn impressive but I remember thinking the same thing when I saw the screenshots for MGS 2 and I was left underwhelmed when I played the game. A game needs for more than looks to suceed. Still fingers crossed it will match MGS1...

And it seemed only yesterday that Mr Hideo Kojima said that he had finished with Snake and didn't intend to do anymore Metal Gear games, Now we have 2 new games on the horizon MGS3 and the MGS1 remake Twin Snakes check it out here: http://www.gamers.com/game/1364029/ . I'm glad to see Mr Kojima changed his mind.
